Rob Rusconi
is a self-employed actuary with working experience in
pensions, health care, insurance and institutional
investments, both in South Africa and in the United Kingdom.
He has worked for insurers, consulting firms and FT.com, the
web site of the Financial Times, and most recently SEI, a
Philadelphia-based asset manager.
Rob consults to both public-and private-sector clients on
issues around pension and long-term saving systems.
Offspring of a Latin American and a European with his roots
in Africa, Rob has a particular interest in understanding
aspects of retirement systems around the world and applying
them to the situations particular to African countries.
